Responsible disclosure policy
Purpose
Secura Eyes welcomes good-faith reports of security issues affecting securaindia.in or publicly exposed Secura Eyes systems. This page explains how to report a finding responsibly.
How to report
Email solutions@securaindia.in with the subject line "Responsible Disclosure". Include affected URL or asset, steps to reproduce, impact, screenshots or logs if safe to share, and your preferred contact details.
Safe harbor expectations
- Do not access, modify, delete, exfiltrate, or disclose data that is not yours.
- Do not perform denial-of-service, social engineering, spam, phishing, malware upload, or physical attacks.
- Stop testing once you have proven the issue and report it promptly.
- Give Secura Eyes reasonable time to validate and remediate before public disclosure.
Our response
We aim to acknowledge credible reports, triage severity, remediate based on risk, and communicate closure where appropriate. This is not currently a paid bug bounty program unless a written agreement says otherwise.
